Jules is truly an amazing physical therapist who specializes in lymphatic drainage massage. I went to see her (only 10 days post- op) after receiving Lipo 360 of the abdomen. In addition to her hands, she also uses high-tech equipment/machines which aid greatly in the draining/swelling process and helps to speed up recovery time. When I first came to see Jules, I was in a ton of pain, and now only 6 sessions later, I can honestly say that I am in a much better place, thanks to her. She is beyond professional, an expert in her field, and not to mention just a wonderful, caring person all around. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else!

I drove past Vida and saw a sign advertising Manual Lymphatic Drainage. I took down the number and left a message. Within five minutes, I received a call back from Julisa. I booked my first appointment and from there, I was sold. I pursued MLD as a result of having a plastic surgery procedure performed due to massive weight loss, and the physician recommended seeing someone to assist with the healing process. Julisa has been amazing. She is engaging, knowledgeable, and goes the extra mile. She has genuine concern for her patients and loves to hear feedback. Her massage has definitely created an improvement in the appearance and feeling of the surgical scars.

I found Vida Spa via a google web search the same day I arrived from my surgery location,  5 days into my post-op care. She gave me the same day appointment.  Fortunately, the location was within my desired radius and in a convenient area. She offered the recommended amount and frequency of massages I needed. Upon arrival Julissa (Jewls) made me feel welcomed, provided a detail description and expectations of the Manual Lymphatic drainage Massages she offered. I felt so comfortable, I consider her massage room as a safe space. She is very gentle and thorough, her studio has calming vibes,  very clean, decent and smells refreshing.  She's very pleasant,  flexible and accommodating. She also offers Yoga and other classes. I recommend her service, you'll get your money's worth with great reception.
